Swearing off alcohol doesn’t mean you need to be stuck sipping mineral water with lemon – enter the mocktail. We love a cheeky bevvy from time to time, but putting health first sometimes means cutting out alcohol.

Mocktails are a deliciously fabulous way to enjoy social gatherings alcohol-free, but most conventional mocktails are high in empty calories and refined sugar from processed juices and soft drinks with added sugars, and syrups.

The trick to preparing healthy, yummy mocktails is using fresh, wholefood ingredients like antioxidant-rich fruit and cold-pressed juices, probiotic-rich kombucha, and health-promoting herbs. Here are our Soulara-approved mocktails to have you looking and feeling radiant this Spring.

  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
