Whether you’re preparing for the silly season or beach weather, want to boost your immune system, or just indulged too much over the weekend, a detox smoothie can be a great way to lightly detox and nourish your body with more nutrients.

Detox smoothies are a quick and easy addition to your diet; we love them for breakfast or as a snack! Here are our favourite detox smoothie recipes.

Green Goddess

Ingredients

  • 300mL bottle Soulara Kaleidoscope Greens cold-pressed juice
  • 50mL coconut milk
  • 1 green apple
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ inch fresh ginger root
  • 1tbsp lemon or lime juice

Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Pour into a glass or mason jar and serve

beetroot smoothie liver detox recipe

Just Beet It!

Ingredients

  • 300mL bottle Soulara Super Immunity cold-pressed juice
  • 50mL almond milk
  • 1 beetroot, peeled and lightly steamed
  • 1 celery stalk
  • ½ inch fresh ginger root
  • ½ cup strawberries

Method

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Pour into a glass or mason jar and serve

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries

Method
