Everything comes full circle, and this is no exception. Here are the little things we’re looking forward to once self-isolation is over.

Everything comes full circle, and this is no exception. Here are the little things we’re looking forward to once self-isolation is over.

Sitting at a cafe

Forget grabbing a takeaway latte on the way to work – once we’re all back in the office, I’ll be taking the time to sit and sip my coffee in the cafe, watching the hustle and bustle of the city.

Supporting local restaurants

Whilst we’re loving the extra time to bake and experiment in the kitchen, once we’re allowed within six feet of each other, we’re keen to continue supporting local restaurants and small businesses.

Hitting the beach

Though it’ll likely be too cold for a swim by the time self-isolation is over, we’re still excited to walk and relax by the beach with a good book.

Visit elderly relatives

We’re looking forward to visiting loved ones in nursing homes and other at-risk relatives once we’re out of the woods!

Having friends over

Missing those dinner dates, pre-drinks, and nights in with our friends! Once the quarantine is over we’ll be having everyone over for a beautiful long lunch.

Travelling

Though international travel is likely to be postponed for the foreseeable future, we’re listing all the local gems we want to visit within our own states – think discovering waterfalls, wine tastings, and long hikes!

Getting a massage

The lack of ergonomic chairs at home has our muscles in desperate need of a massage!
